I have an idea to develop various websites, i.e. some kind of informational resources, fill it with interestin content, promote in web properly and then sell to people at a good prices. What do you think it is profitable business or not? Will it justify all efforts and time spent on website development, content creation and promotion? Thanks.

Income stream

If the sites are showing any income stream they will be easy to sell. Or a decent amount of steady traffic from search engines would make the site attractive.

It's certainly an approach that's worked for plenty of others. I'd suggest that the hardest part of your plan will be generating the traffic that you need.
