If "gold" - Mid XXX / Low X,XXX
If "golden" - Hard sell

I could connect with "gold" for the brand, in a sense meaning "great or high-quality sunglasses" (or literally a gold look, as a niche product). The word "golden" misses the mark for me. IMO
