Very nice. Center the site and you have everything that i'd expect from a directory. Only thing i'd add on is mini thumbs of the top sites and the promoted sites on the front page.

Oh yeah,...FavIcon is needed as well.

All in all it isn't bad. However it feels like there is too much blue. I would recommend bringing in another color. I would also recommend making your logo something a bit more complex. The layout of the site is great, just do those two things and you will be money. Also, have you considered adding a favicon?
