i think it looks really nice mate. i really like the fading on the boxes, and the logo looks good too.

A few suggestions tho. Firstly the 'dither' effect (or whatever it is) on the logo makes it look a little pixelated i.e. the quality looks quite poor on it which lets down the whole header.

also, there seems to be a problem with the font on the site, sometimes its green and ariel, other times it seems to default to black times new roman. Im sure thats just a coding error somwhere tho.

It's very nice! The only thing i have to point out is that I wouldn't personally make a forum there and it would make your site a bigger sucsess if you offerd ad free hosting. theer are no forum hosts that acctaully offer ad free hosting and therefor would make it big

Simple design you need a different header and logo. Also put your website in a fixed width table IMO.
