I'm new to domaining and I find it difficult to conclude if to register a domain or not, because i am always not sure if it's good enough.
What are the properties to look out for and how to look out for these properties?
What tools are to be used in other to get effective result in the shortest time possible?

Welcome to NamePros @Hassan Ibrahim

Here are a few links to get you started in finding some of the great content here on NamePros.

Re your question on research tools:
https://www.namepros.com/blog/free-tools-for-quick-domain-research.1209548/

Re some of the things to consider before registering a domain name (would also apply to auction or closeout names under consideration):

I collected links to perspectives on getting started in domain investing from many different authors here:

The beginner section has some great content beyond that mentioned above. @johnn has written several valuable posts on advice there this year with good advice.

Even after being here a while, search can be challenging. One tip someone taught me was to remember you can search using Google search. For example, let's say you want to look at posts about pricing, do a Google search with pricing site:NamePros.com. Most of the time it does a good job, and you can refine it with all the usual Google tricks such as quotation marks or - signs etc.

Best wishes for success in domain investing, and start slow with acquisitions, in my opinion.

Bob

I’d take the DNAcademy course. I should’ve spent the money ($499 but check for discounts) on that first before spending more than that on domains.
