You can hold it but if you park it and show a poker ad from a rival company that's trademark infringement and bad faith registration. PartyPoker could take direct legal action against you or recover the domain via ICANN's UDRP. You are also doing this in Encirca's name which isn't a smart move since you are relying on them to act as your proxy for your other .pro domains. Also, you are bringing yourself to the attention of Registry Service Corporation. Why go to all this trouble when there is so much low hanging fruit left on the .pro tree?

I see that former, PartyPoker.com is strong enough to go after their keywords. So I would drop such domain, or at best negotiate with PartyPoker, but I do not think the .pro extension is that doing really well. Regards :tu:

Since, you only recently registered the domain, ask Encirca to cancel the registration and refund the fee. As I understand the terms of the "Pro Forwarding" Agreement, Encirca, as the registrant of record, is under no obligation to defend any given trademark action. Nor, is there any reason to believe that they would defend this particular registration. Further, as I believe was alluded to in an earlier post, the registration does not make for good publicity. Do yourself a favor and secure your refund today...
