This is obviously a typo of "website."
wensite [dot] net is developed and offers website guides, but it looks a little spammy and like they're trying to catch residual type-ins from website [dot] net. They could be perfectly okay, but I would have trust issues here.
Google seems to be recognizing the term as "website," because I can't imagine "wensite" getting over a billion on Google.
You could always develop a "Wensite Website" website development page--kind of play along with the jokey typo.
I rather like the domain--it's catchy. Just make sure there's no TM issues.
In terms of value, this is tough; it has high search numbers (based on "website"), but no ads.
I would say mid xx. But you never know: an end user with a big development idea might see the possibilities of turning this typo into a blockbuster website.
