If you google "weedrx", you can see some sites operating in .com with extra words besides the "weedrx" part. Should be obvious that longer names in com have more appeal than exact match in alternative extensions such as .net, as "weedrx" itself is not a word already. Other than single words and the absolute top word combinations, alternative extensions names have very low chances to sell.
