Website user information...?

Hi all,
I have a site online, and its strictly for regestered users only anyway... I want to know how I can find out, which users have been online, and when?
and for how long...
Anyone got any advicxe onto how to figure this out,
I have Bluehost as my web host, and I also use Joomla (if any of that helps)
