Website problems or hosting problems?

I recently updated and uploaded my new default.htm page to my host and if I type in my url with the www in front, the old default.htm page pops up and if I don't type the www in front, the new default.htm page pops up.

Is this a hosting problem or am I doing something wrong?

I am highly considering changing my host, many many problems.

thank you

Eric

It could be some cache problem at your end.... Maybe, you accessed the www before you updated and the browser is still serving you the cached page..

I went thru and deleted my browser history and cookies.

nevermind...I am using too many browsers...it was only a problem in Chrome. I had to clear browsing history.

Nice to here. Sometime if you use index.HTM file not HTML it might show your web hoster default page

So it was only your browser cookies/history doing this?

Interesting & good to know for the future :) Thanks!

Indeed. That is recommended and we do recommend every customer of us check that before contacting support.
