Website design - 100$ contest !

Hello,

My Dutch website, Radioluisteren.nl, needs a new design. Radioluisteren.nl is a site where visitors can listen to several Dutch radiostations. Take a look at Radioluisteren.nl to see the real site, think you understand the site, even if you don't understand the Dutch language .

I need a nice radio-related sitedesign for this site. It is only a design for 1 page and I prefer a design with a header/logo combination @ top and a menu at the bottom. The lettertype and colour is also important to me, so think about a nice lettertype and colour with your design . If you have any other ideas about the design, use them! You don't have to stick to my preferences. Just make a nice design :red:

Make your design 780 pixels width (or something like that, needs to be good @ 800x600 resolution). I'll slice and code the design by myself, just send me the .psdfile. Think about the watermark !

here is version 2... this was about the only way I could manipulate it to where it wouldn't have the gaping space that everyone has in the designs since you requested a width of 780...

What do you mean exactly by a bit more detail?

@Sylense: Thx for your second entry! You're right, it isn't easy with your design too hide gaping spaces. This second design isn't better then the first on imo. But, as I said in my first post, you don't have to stick to my preferences. You could try to pick the first design and combine the tables "radio" and "header" and make one bigger tabel called "radio". I like the microphone... If it helps you, you can make the design 750 pixels width .

@enter_ca2000: Just a nice design, a bit too simple maybe, some more things and images ?

You could try to pick the first design and combine the tables "radio" and "header" and make one bigger tabel called "radio". I like the microphone...

That couldn't be done because if you were to combine those 2 tables then it would throw off the alignment since the mic has an offsetting trait leaning it out of the table to break the consistency throughout the layout which spices it up. So I don't know... either version 1 or version 2. There's really no other more feasible scenario... , sorry...
