This is a design contest for 1 week with price offer of $50 the design which is needed is for http://core-coders.net i also need this coded and applyed.

The design should be rather high tech and business like since it is a webmaster site.

Same idea difference concept... Not to offence... Let me explain about the differencesa about idea and concept...

Concept.
The first thing come to your mind when you're asked to doa design. Such as funky, funny, businessman and so on. So you have to follow the concept to create an idea.

Idea.
Obviously idea came after concept. We used to call it as design too! Such as Funky (Concept) = Street style (Idea), Funny (Concept) = Mouth(Idea), Businessman (Concept) = Laptop (Idea).

This is how a design work:
For designer : Concept -> Idea -> Message

So when client see it, they see from Message -> Idea -> Concept.

Now clear? And simple? :P

But guys lets not veer off the road here. Get back to helping this guy. We don't need to pull this stuff on the forums. I still want him to explain himself but not to stir up alot of controversy.

now that i see you want it applyed to your current script, im not gonna enter anything, because $50 is pretty cheap for the design alone, but for it to get themed to your script and have it coded, thats atleast $150, maybe if you raised your price you would get better and more entrys. Just a thought.

Well seeing its only 2 files which need to be changed its not alot of work.

If i was looking or wanting to pay $150 i would not be posting here i would have went through a company i figured some peolpe like to enter competions to build up there portfolio.

so if no one enters or no one wants to take this offer then i will post it on script lance or elance and get it done for this price or max being $75

So what is your loose is some one elses gain but i figured i give peolpe here a chance first.

By what your contest says, you need a design, which is usually (unless specified) considered a full blown layout design that are usually more than 2 images. The price of $50 should get you a decent layout. The only reason prices increase is the "pay for quality" principal, but $50 is plent to gain what your looking for. Also, there has been someone who entered, unless they are classified as a "no one"

Something that has got me curious is to why the domain is core-coders when the website houses links to graphic tutorials? Are you planning to add more to it? Just questions, not to insult.

Anyways, I'll try to have a submission by Thursday or Friday (latest).

Well here is something to think about when you use photoshop is there code in it?

well as i mentioned before i hope peolpe enter but if they dont then nothing i can do and not loosing sleep over it.

Will explain what the 2 files are one file manges the header and sidebar the other file manges the footer then you have a file for the main.

And the rest of the site uses php includes.

I had it custom made so that the script would be this way.
