Host Sheriff is a web hosting forum which runs on VBulletin with a slightly customized VbSkinworks design. Forum is about six weeks old and has around 40 members and over 201 threads & 957 posts. The site currently gets around 10-20 visitors a day. Traffic is generated through, direct visits, forum posts, review requests, signatures and word of mouth. There has been no paid posts. Most of the members are obtained through invitations from other forums and sites.
Was about to start developing this but as usual dont have the time due to other purchases.
VBULLETIN LICENCE IS NOT INCLUDED
Stats for Nov and Dec are:
Nov - Unique 270 - visits 407 - hits 44k
Dec - Unique 307 - visits 447 - hits 38k
Adsense generates around $0.50 per day without any optimization but I removed the ad in favour of my own so not sure what revenue it would generate currently.
BIN price is $150.
3 months of hosting will be included with the sale free of charge. Further hosting can be arranged if required. You are also free to transfer the site to your server as you like. Domain is registered at Moniker and come with a free push.
Payment preferred via Paypal or Nochex in the UK.
