I want to sell my computer website which has been up and running for about 1 year in it's current state. The AW stats produced show the following:

Visits: 1,942
Pages Viewed: 22,897
Hits: 62,647
Unique's: 860
The site is http://www.forumerbase.com, it has an active community base of members and activity varies from time to time. I don't have time to develop it any further due to my new career.
It's running vBulletin and comes with the license until the middle of this year. This includes access to vbulletin.org for the ultimate in modifications and the upcoming vBulletin 7.0
Also included is a Premium template (currently in use) which is also fully licensed.
The domain is also included, registered on 123-Reg, transfer to a new user takes seconds.
The hosting costs £7.50 for every 3 months. This is very cheap for what you are getting and is provided by jortex.com. I have used them for nearly a year with no major outages.
The user base is also included and all posts e.t.c.
