I have transformed this site from a static Adsense website to a PhpBB forum but still containing the various articles that came with the original site. Basically, I envisioned this to be a nice little cosy place where people looking for web hosting advice, offers and so on can come and they can share their knowledge too.

The reason why I chosen PhpBB because currently it is hosted on a Windows Server but I would think that the data can be ported anywhere. Also that it is free. If it came with a VBulletin script, you still cannot have it because of their new policy. But this way you can port it over to any where you want.

There are a couple of reasons why I am selling :-

1) Frankly, I need some money in my Paypal account to pay for some bills
2) I don't really have the time to make this community grow

It is actually getting a small handful of visitors each day. So far no posters yet. I would think that you may have to nudge them into posting. Now that there are those paid forum posters, it might actually not be that difficult to cox the genuine posters to post.

The Domain Name is currently at GoDaddy and I can give a free push to anyone from there. However the thing is that the domain name is expiring at the end of this month.

If anyone is interested, please post your Bid.

I am setting the BIN at $60 because it sure is a nice name and can do well in the right hands and because of the PR 4 rating. I will also throw in the original Adsense Site which I've paid $40 to sweeten the deal.

But I am willing to let it go for $29.95 if you intend to develop it further.

KPR, I've actually updated the initial post 9 hours before your bid that it was a pending sale. See the initial post and that was where there was someone offering me at the BIN.

There was a buyer at Digital Point and a couple of hours ago, he paid for it and the transfer was completed.

If you made the bid about 9 hours and 5 minutes earlier, you may have gotten it. Besides, I asked for $29.95 and your offer was for $29

I'll make sure I made it clearer the next time around.

I would not have sold the site but I've made the mistake of transferring most of my paypal funds to my bank account and found that I am lacking several dollars for some purchases I need to make and thus the quick sale.

If not, I am sure that it could grow into something big. I hope the new owner does something to give justice to the name. It's definitely a bargain at that price after all the work done in bringing up the PR.
