Established Web hosting company for sale

Hello everyone. I have closed down my Web hosting company, GlobalWebBrands. We had purchased domain names and setup Websites for two additional Web hosting brands that we were going to offer ~ but due to the closure of the company, we will now be doing absolutely nothing with these things, so it is necessary to sell them. So, following is what is for sale, along with the dollar amount we spent to set everything up:

Domain: covertroot.net (expires May 25th, 2007; registered at Tucows through HostCentric account)
Domain: stealthroot.net (expires May 25th, 2007; registered at Tucows through HostCentric account)
Spent: $17.90

HostCentric private-label reseller account
Spent: $99.00

Domain: wslogix.com (expires July 5th, 2007; registered at eNom through ResellersPanel account)
Reseller account at ResellersPanel
Private DNS2 package at ResellersPanel for wslogix Website
Spent: $48.00

At the HostCentric account, you will get 5 MB of Web space. At the ResellersPanel account, you receive no Web space other than that which you need to host the reseller template site.

No customers on these brands. As I already stated we had not had a chance to market these brands yet.

SPace and bandwidth usage does not matter on either one of these plans, as ResellersPanel's and HostCentric's privatelabel programs work by charging the customer when there is an order, and forwarding the difference between the wholesale price and the retail price you set, to you.

No, the clients are yours. But with both accounts, ResellersPanel and HostCentric bill the clients with their own merchant account and provide support - so your primary job is marketing. Some folks call it an affiliate program, but it is not - again, the one key difference is that you still own the clients, and could provide support and billing yourself if you wished to do so.
