Web/Graphic Designer Wanted Very UGENTLY !

Hello !
I am looking for a Web/Graphic Designer to Design me a Web page for my current site VERY URGENTLY.
This project of mine is already too late and I need a good designer who can design me the main page of the site ASAP. I would be needing the first mockup in a few hours from the time this thread is posted . So urgent entries are Required .

Following are my Requirements :

I need the template for www.propertygator.co.uk . My current site.

What I am looking for is complete new template ( homepage, subpages and login panels etc..)

What i need if we talking about layout and design is professional looking site.. nothing funcy

I done little research for competitors in Uk market, and that's a huge companies..

So i'm not even going to compete with them

All i want is template which will be good looking like those competitors.
Because service on website will be free i don't need so many fancy futures..

I was thinking about professional looking search bar on homepage, similar solution as globrix.com
Rest of the details we can talk about later..

And yes I would prefer a dark theme for my layout.

I want to mention that I'll pay $50(via PayPal) for the home page and $10 for any extra subpage.
