I am looking for a US based web designer who takes payments other than PayPal to revamp my website.

I need 3 pages. A homepage, about us page and a plan page. Must be coded. It will be hosting oriented. Bright happy colors, web 2.0 preferably, professional.

My site gets a lot of traffic, and I intend to use said designer to relay web design work from my customers through my website so get ready for some eventual moolah!
