Do you mean that basically it only refreshes like once every two hours or something? Like it tallies all of the guests and members in the last two hours (as an example) and then displays that number?

I'm interested as well, but would like more info.

Yes, the fake mod is active from another administrator.
I will presonally uninstall it for you so real stats can be seen.

And yes the cookie time is bigger than normal to cut down on queires. I beleive it is 2 -3 hours.
