Hello folks, I have a very targeted, branded domain name for you. I am starting the auction at a very low price so everyone gets a chance at it :hehe:

This is a awesome domain IMHO. First of all it is very targeted and very brandable. It does not contain worthless nonesense such as A, A1, 1 or other added characters. It is straight to the point.

WebDeveloper.info sold through Pool for $270 in Nov 2003. That is 4 years ago. Prices have sky-rocketed since then. If you don't believe me do a quick search on Google and you will find some nifty Domain tools who have all this data. http://dnsaleprice.com/ is where I got the above details. I think the added 's' makes it more targeted. With webdeveloper it sounds like a solo business.

This domain could easily be turned into a web developers freelance site. Because of MSNs high domain factor it wouldn't be that hard to rank for some high-traffic phrases for this niche either.

The site could be turned into a Web Developers community and/or forums. Discussions, questions/answers and pros feedback could be offered. A fee could be applied in a variety of ways which could turn into a nice profit.

Similar to above the site could be turned into a answers.com site for Web developers. I know I prefer to go to a specific professionals site. Since this site is targeted at a web developers niche it could be easily turned into a Web Developers Answers site.

Or you could provide Web Development services yourself through the site and/or sell adspace along with free information and resources on Web Developing. If you offered the free information you could sell the ad space and/or adsense and make a good profit.

So why am I not monetizing this site?
Good question and I know it would have gotten posted because this site has so many great ways of monetization. The short answer is time. I don't have time for any new projects. If I had the time I would defiantly turn this into a great site. I had started plans even for it... but alas I just don't have the time.
