web dev + web integration + hosting

Hello guys,

Would like to find people to help me launch a small project.

It's a copycat of http://kottke.org/when-obama-wins/, but in French for a french audience.

it's basically 2 web pages (design already avail) with a small development : every pageload, you've got to pick up a sentence from the DB to display it on the page.

I'd need basic hosting, web page integration plus DB development.

expected trafic +- 100 UU per day per page (peak when big media link to it i.e. 10,000 UU max/day) so I'm looking for a sub-let for a year of a hosting plan you may already have

I'll reroute the domain names.


I've got :
- PSD files (one for each page)
- Excel spreadsheet with sentences for each page
- Font to be used
- basic storyboard of webpage functioning.

I'll need as well a copy of all source code implemented
