Web designer with expierence needed

Hey There,

I need a web desginer with experience and who will do a good job on an up coming projoect. The pay wont be huge, but decent. I am looking for bids on this project, and then you cvan give me an estimate on how much it will cost. I cant disclose publicly what this idea is, but will do in emails and such.

SITE WILL BE MUCH LIKE THE MYSPACE band/music pages.

Requirments are-

Need to know how to create sites from nothing
PHP/HTML experience
Forums
Add Movies
Add Sounds
Contacts
Pictures
