Web Design Wanted for Auto-Parts Auction site ($500 budget)

Hello !

As the title says, I require web design(no-coding) for an auto-part auction site. My budget is $500. This project will include 5 pages design. Home page and 4 inner pages. Which basically means $100 per page design.

I am not going to allow newbies to work on this project. Only high end designers

I am also not going to provide exact details like the buttons should be like this, or header should be like this. If I am willing to provide $100 per page. You will have to be fully creative on your own.

I will however provide certain guidelines so you know what you are dealing with.

First and MOST IMPORTANT.
The detailing on this website should be incredibly HIGH. I dont want that if for example you are making the search bar, its just an input field with the text search on it. Of if you are making the features auctions area, its just the product images and some text with it. Every single pixel of the website should be custom made and full detailing is needed.

Secondly, I am going to provide 50% upfront on this but not right away. I will first have you make the complete Home page so I can be sure that you are capable. If I approve it, then I'll release you 50% payment i.e $250.

It is also possible that if I find multiple designers with awesome portfolio works. I might have 2-3 people working on the same home page and at the completion of it, I'll choose which one has provided the best one and I'll got for that designer for this project. But its still an option. Depends on your portfolios.

Speaking of portfolios. I would want at least 3 of your top most design examples so I can see which one has potential to do it. Because I am not going to go over with each designer who applies, give them all details and then i never hear back from them.

My payment method would be paypal. I am wanting to see the home page ready in about 1-2 days from now.

So please start sending me your PMs with your work samples and get started with it right away. One thing though. I dont want those pre drafted long PMs which tell their company history etc. Just give me your samples works. Your email and also your skype.
