Web design/programming needed for at least 1, possibly more sites

There's 1 site I really want to make and it's supposed to be a "hip" site (think HotOrNot or MySpace...may not wind up as popular as them but I expect it to be popular nonetheless!). If you do well enough on that site, I may have you do a couple others that I've been wanting to make as well. I'm pretty much getting tired of relying on domain sales and PPC earnings as my only streams of revenue besides my day job...it just ain't enough.
