Looking for custom design for arcade site

I am looking for someone to make a better looking design for my site sly4.net - This should be a simple job for someone with the right skills. If you think you can do this then please bid.

I would like spots for ypn/google in the design as well
I would like the site to look SIMILAR to the links above however I do NOT NOT NOT want a \\\"clone\\\" of said sites. The page also needs to be generic enough to just change the logo and look like a totally different site. (well - not TOTALLY different but hopefully you get the idea...

If you do well on this design I may hire you to do several more for the same script.
