web.com domain plus business just sold

Hi all, I just got this email about .web.com domains

On December 23, 2005, Web.com sold its key assets, including the domain name Web.com, its web hosting business comprised of approximately 9,000 customers, accredited registrar status and various trademark rights to Interland, Inc. a leading provider of website and hosting solutions. In the first half of 2006, Interland intends to change its name to Web.com.

I bet that cost a good bit !

Hopefully this is good news ??? I've just reg'd a few .web.com's
Anybody heard of Interland ? ( :gn: )

I just found the following on their website

Interland paid approximately $4.8 million in cash, restricted stock and assumed liabilities.

Hopefully I get to keep all my newly aquired .web.com sub domains ??

its pennies for interland.. i'm surprised a company like web.com only makes $75k/mo from hosting(i know they also do domains etc)
