Web 2.0 Radial Help!

Anyone know of a good tutorial on the web 2.o radial effect - I've heard it called the sunrise look sometimes as well? I've tried coming up with it in Photoshop, but I just don't think I'm doing it right and need some help.

I'm not sure if this is what you're talking about, but, this is the best I could come up with by the description you used.

You can use this site to create your own AJAX loading effect. They have a bunch of different styles and you can customize the background and foreground, etc. Here's the link: http://www.ajaxload.info/
