S4 Media Group is looking to purchase domain portfolios that ideally meet
the following criteria:



1) generate current revenue (preferably cash flow positive), with no
"artificial" traffic.

2) Minimum of 200 domains or $1000/month in revenue generated

3) Track record of development (either by self or with partners)

4) Open to any suffix as long as it meets criteria 1-3



Please contact us with the following information if you would like to
discuss the domains you have available:

1) Total domains owned

2) List of net revenue monthly for each domain for last 4 months.
Please provide verifiable numbers.

3) Traffic figures for last 4 months for each domain

4) Asking price on the entire portfolio

5) Where you are deriving most of your revenue (through companies you
have parked it with, your own content development, etc.)



If you are not able to provide all of this information, then at the minimum
please send the total net revenue the portfolio makes and the revenue and
traffic for the top 10 domains (as well as a list of what you own).
