WANTED: Someone to build me a site

I am after getting a new site constructed. It will be a purley informational site for a electrical contractor so nothing too fancy.

The site is going to need to consist of 9 pages (including the home page). However the design of the site can be similar if not the same throughout.

I will need a small amount of CSS with it (eg. I need an auto drop down link in the navigation panel) but everything else is ok to just be coded in xhtml.

I have the site drawn out by hand and I will send over scanned copies of all of this along with all the images for the site.

An example of the type of site I am looking at is here:

Like I said... nothing too complex.

Budget wise I am simply looking for the person who can do this at the lowest cost who has a descent portfolio and who I think will complete the work correctly.

Here is the home page of the design that will need to be coded. Like I said I will need a drop down box under the Gate Automation link breaking down to 3 different links. And would like the links to be roll over links. Eg... where the home link is a different colour to the others.
