I need to develop a website. Similar to bollysaga,com

link the videos, and then users can see the videos within a page of my site same as bollysaga,com


I need to get a site similar to that with different layout and with members sign in area. So each member can watch free movie, and have to join the newsletter in order to watch other movies. I am not going to be hosting of uploading movies similar to bollysaga,com so I need someone who can develop admin panel easy to link the videos that can play within my site without users to go to dailymotion or other youku or other sites.
