• Content MUST be unique.
• Site MUST be at least 12 months old.
• Most niches considered, but no fads, no adult/illegal, etc. Prefer very tight niches, not too broad (e.g. Lactose-free diets, rather than eating healthy, and so on).
• No revenue necessary, but traffic will definitely be appealing. Backlink profile also would be viewed favorably.
• Budget is maximum $200 per site (but usually less as it depends on amount of content, quality, any possible traffic, etc).
