I'm currently looking for a script/software that will allow me to implement an exchange service for my company in an energy supply business. We do not sell any goods.
Seeking a script with the ability to operate all aspects of an exhange with the following features:
Must have RFQ (Request for Proposal/Request for Purchase) feature.
Reverse Auction Option.
Must have the ability to have bids/offers submitted.
Must allow a fee to be established on offer page for executed agreements.
Must be able to have attachments and forms uploaded.
There are many more features which could be discussed in more detail if anyone should have something that may work.
