Software with source code+ website wanted

I am looking for anyone with software businesses, who is looking to sell.

There are a few requirements:-

1. You MUST own the source code and own the intellectual property behind it and be willing to sell me the source code of the software.
Please note I am not interested in affiliates, or anything like that I am looking to purchase 100% ownership of the source code and excusive rights to it.

2. Ideally you will have made sales on the software though is not essential.

3. Ideally you will have a website that sells the software.

Please note we will negotiate the price and nothing is set in stone, so dont worry about that.
