He's Uk and if hes paying by paypal maybe it's fine but when I signed up there was no pp so had to use cc and oh what a nightmare, impossible to get past fraud verification, but good luck finding what you need.

I think you may wish to up your budget if you want something half decent...what ever you do, dont accept one of the "unlimited" offers or any host providing your spec for under $10. They would be overselling, orverloading and going out of biz...

5gb space and 100 gb bandwidth for $10 a month is practically the same thing as unlimited for $10 a month. Both are too good to be true deals. But as with everything else in life, you get what you pay for.
