Which company is cheap and accept a payment via Western Union ?
Wrote to Godaddy, but they arent accepting it !

you can use estdomains.com
they or many site support moneybooker & moneybooker support most countries of the world. You can pay with your bank account to moneybooker.

I was going to suggest EstDomains as well, but their site is down for me. I don't think they accept Western Union though; I don't think many do!
