Want artist for cartoons/comics

I'm looking for one or two artists to do exclusive full-rights cartoons/comics for me. (Would consider buying Flash animations and funny video clips, but mostly looking for...) Single frame with basic coloring. Right now I'd like to just start with getting approx 8-10 cartoons. I'm looking for something economical but decent. Especially looking for someone who's willing to trade for wii games, or trade for a forum site that I'm selling. I would hope that I could continue working with the artist in the future. Samples required. PM or post offers.
