Exactly. C'mon now, 1000 GB of bandwidth with 20 GB of HD space at that price? If you're expecting quality, and are demanding perfection in support, hardware availability and all the good stuff, then you should change your standards.

You should also ask them what the specs are on their servers. I'd personally be interested in knowing this as well.
