I have 2 domains on Sedo that act differently. When I visit the Sedo sales landing page (sedo .com /search/details.php4?domain=DomainNameInQuestion.com), one shows item 1 below, while the other shows item 2.

Domain 1
Domain Statistics
Visitors to this domain’s website: xy

Domain 2
Domain Statistics
Visitors to this Sedo offer page: xy

Can anyone figure out why the language is different for the Domain Statistics? Why does one say "Visitors to this domain’s website" while the other says "Visitors to this Sedo offer page"?

I would like both of them to say "Visitors to this Sedo offer page". Please help! Both domains are parked with the intention of selling them and they are not parked or monetized.

Perhaps there haven't been any visitors to the offer page (or vice versa), which is why they're not showing. Also check to make sure you don't have the option "Don't display traffic statistics if there are fewer than 50 views" turned on.

Other than that, I'm not sure. Good question.

I suppose that diffrent techniques are used to calculate users. That's all
I have never seen 2 diffrent tools showing the same results ;)

AFAIK, sedo will not display results if there is no traffic. So, if nobody visits your offer page, only website views will be displayed (if any) - and vice versa.

If you would like to "NOT SHOW" any figures for > Visitors to this domain’s website:

You can set the domain to do that but anymore than 50 visitors and it will still show the numbers. (I tried to get them to change this a couple of years ago as it was pretty much my suggestion to mara to impliment the option of not showing traffic numbers)

To set it log in to sedo, go to My Sedo > My Domains, find the domain and then click on the domains link in the left hand column which takes you to the Offer Description box, underneath the description box there's three tick boxes

next to Display Parking Statistics it says:
Do not display parking statistics if fewer than 50 unique visits have been recorded the last 31 days

Tick the box and save changes - done for just that domain

If you want to do the same on all your domains tick the other box right below it :
Apply this setting to all of my domains.

A related question to anyone: Do you NOT park at Sedo BECAUSE they show traffic numbers which may make it harder to sell to end users if traffic is low ?

That is a concern to me for some names.

You can just forward a domain to the sales page, then all hits go to the people looking at offer figure afaik.
