Mid to high XXX.xx wholesale IMO. End user high X,XXX.xx plus. Very nice domain. Anything medical is worth more than the norm. They have deep pockets and they can or should pay the price you request! I would advertise it at 10k to start. The way to sell it is look at who's advertising in your parking. Then email them a nice professional letter. I sold more domains by emailing advertisers in my parking than any other way!!! I have a killer custom letter that works on virtually all domains if you need it buddy. A professional letter makes the difference of night and day!

PS: I prefer to never look in my domains simply to avoid the inevitable. Parking sites know if you looked in your domain via various ways and sometimes they suspect dishonorable intension's. Look in similar domain names and see who advertises there is my way to see who really needs my domain and help the most. Then I help them. Show them (advertisers) on paper how they can save thousands by simply buying your domain. You make money, they make money and you helped another dumb advertiser succeed! Remember, they pay double to triple plus what you get on PPC revenue. Use that as your key selling point.

Few months ago I received a low $xxxx offer for VirusTest.com

I saw nortonvirus.com was sold at $8500 from back order.
And if you know that the most people will type the word "norton ANTIvirus" than VirusTest.com must be valued at minimum mid $xxxx for sure, right?
