Domain name Kosovo.com on auctions : will Serbia have it ?

GENEVA - Who is going to win the virtual part of Kosovo ? - The domain name Kosovo.com is currently auctionned at Sedo, the leading marketplace for buying and selling domain names. The auctions are ending in 2 days (February 26, 2008, 6:00pm CET) and Kosovo.com has already reached the price of 30'000 euros with 13 bids. Most of the bidders are probably from Albania, Serbia or Kosovo, which is bringing a political touch to this auction, as Kosovo has claimed its independance 12 months ago. What will happend if the domain name is bought by the serbian government ?

This will not happen imo. Serbian government had chance to buy domain kosovo.com from ex-owner in 2006. year, but they refuse to buy it.

There is wipo case (link) regarding domain kosovo.com, where Serbian Monastery form Kosovo lose right to own that domain.
