Virtual Reality Domains (VR)

Spaceship Spaceship
Watch
Im betting big bucks on VR domains have a great future and with the big boys buying up VR companies, mainstream is a stones throw away.....

Lots of VR+keyword.com taken years ago and I noticed this sale a week or so back -

VRTechnology.com $3688

This was a steel and I can soon see everything from VRPoker / VRCasinos / VRShopping / VRBrowsing / VRTours / VRWorlds / etc etc....having a high price tag even now at the start of VR hitting mainstream...

I have just paid $x,xxx for a name but will not be showcasing as the domain is in escrow at present....

Feel free to showcase your VR domains If you like...

Cheers

Yes. They gave away VRsportsBet. I think there will be a lot of sport's bets in VR with time.

So do you believe AR or XR is better or no R at all?
AR and whatever XR is are junk. VR is hanging on by a thread as the poor sales have confirmed.

I own VRVideo. Hard to know the interest it gets because it has 6 figure BIN on the landing page, i have had 5 figure offers on GoDaddy.

Whilst VR hasn't progressed how we all hoped it would (at least yet), i do believe VRVideo is one of the top 2 domains in this niche (on paper), I'm not saying that because i own it, i said it on here before i owned it, hence why i bought it.

In my opinion VRGames and VRVideo are the biggest domains in VR (on paper), both of these categories are tipped to be the biggest money makers in VR.

I'm not sure how much VideoVR is worth, in the same way i don't know GamesVR is worth, but they are both nice domains.

You don't have enough info to say that :)

I'm doing pretty well with XR sales and just declined another 15k offer for one of my names after selling a few others in more than 30k.

Data is important and you don't have enough of it in this field.

It's good offers are still coming in on XR. It's in better shape than VR (at the moment) domain wise, but I'm not sure about it's long term future.

I think the whole meta/metaverse boom and how much these terms have been adopted have made XR redundant as these terms have gone on to become what many thought XR was going to become.

Just my opinion, i might be wrong.

Time will tell, space is gonna be pretty big.

That's why I posted my VR domain sale. Also sent it to editor@dnjournal .com to get VRdomain sales more exposure. The next few months could get interesting. Neither .coms or virtual reality are getting less use. Some of the biggest domain sales are happening this year.

VRVideo is crazy good. Can't wait for the day you sell it.

Sure, but everything's not going to make it, we all know that investing in future tech terms.

I know I've made some xxxx buys that I will never sell if i don't sell them off in wholesale, as much as i wish i could go back and tell myself not to buy some things i have, It's part of learning (that's what i try to tell myself anyway :xf.laugh:).

Key to investing is getting your big ones right.

Well sure, not all will make it big but many can make it if you pick the right domains.

Key for me was always getting top keywords so even if the niche is not strong enough the top might sell.

But as an overall diversification is super important and moving from riskier markets to more sure bets.
