Virtual Reality Domains (VR)

Spaceship Spaceship
Watch
Im betting big bucks on VR domains have a great future and with the big boys buying up VR companies, mainstream is a stones throw away.....

Lots of VR+keyword.com taken years ago and I noticed this sale a week or so back -

VRTechnology.com $3688

This was a steel and I can soon see everything from VRPoker / VRCasinos / VRShopping / VRBrowsing / VRTours / VRWorlds / etc etc....having a high price tag even now at the start of VR hitting mainstream...

I have just paid $x,xxx for a name but will not be showcasing as the domain is in escrow at present....

Feel free to showcase your VR domains If you like...

Cheers

I came on the Virtual Reality scene much later than most here. I decided to catch up a little bit on the history of VR and ordered "The history of the future" on audible. It's about the history of oculus founders, right on through when FB bought them. So far fascinating with 15 hours to go for my road trip!

NOTE: non hyphened is for sale by Chinese owner on a page that you must translate first...and is from 1999

also, a (-) dash, Hyphen makes perfect sense and is applicable here

a bit shocked it was still around !

Sales have increased for me in the last month, but only because I've been selling off domains between $300 ~ $5k. Probably to a few of you guys! :xf.wink: While I'm sure there will be much regret selling some of them, I've been wanting to downsize my portfolio.

I anticipated more sales, given the quality of names and low prices. But, sometimes it just takes time find buyers. I've bought a few more domains recently too, which is counter productive, but they were hard to pass on. :xf.grin:

This is very troubeling talking about sales again and again on this thread not mentioning names.

Not bringing any value!

@sirlordcomic Personally, I would look to monetize VirtualRooms.com. A lot of companies are in the "escape room" business for VR. I've sold several names to them. It wouldn't be too hard to have a directory going on maybe some highlight news and having some of them advertise on the site. I think such a news site/directory would be highly welcomed targeted niche in the industry.

VirtualRooms for me - from online meeting/workspace (conferencing), architecture/design, virtual games/escape rooms, experience rooms

Genuinely the number of use cases there is insane.

Edit: Not touching on monetization as not sure if you mean as passive income, or actual value proposition building
