Virtual Reality Domains (VR)

Spaceship Spaceship
Watch
Im betting big bucks on VR domains have a great future and with the big boys buying up VR companies, mainstream is a stones throw away.....

Lots of VR+keyword.com taken years ago and I noticed this sale a week or so back -

VRTechnology.com $3688

This was a steel and I can soon see everything from VRPoker / VRCasinos / VRShopping / VRBrowsing / VRTours / VRWorlds / etc etc....having a high price tag even now at the start of VR hitting mainstream...

I have just paid $x,xxx for a name but will not be showcasing as the domain is in escrow at present....

Feel free to showcase your VR domains If you like...

Cheers

Don't be so harsh. The geo domains +vr in .com are good for sure. All capital cities in their countries.
Geo domains are definetly great for VR, but in this case we're talking about: Andorra, Zagreb, Moldova, Vilnius, Gibraltar, Le Mans, Tbilisi and Belgrad (no offense to people living there intended), not Vegas, Paris, Italy, Berlin, London or other top city/country.

I've neglected VR as of late, but I did lock down the reverse reg of a name I own. G u l f v r

Congrats to everyone making nice sales. No new sales to report here, just some inquiries trickling in but mostly from hobbyists hoping to buy in the xx to low xxx range. I imagine it's frustrating for bloggers and hobbyists trying to find a good name without having to break the bank.

Haven't seen you much active in last 6 months here, nice to see you're still here, hopefully @Fliporium is also alright as I haven't seen him here for like a year.

Awesome! How many companies did you see there, roughly?

around ten , I have spoken with few of these top guys there, with Amir from Unity, Alexandre Tomic from SlotMillions and it was good sign they have some idea about the importance of domain names in VR industry.

Alexandre has already a platform with VR Casino , but not for affiliate business yet(which would be great for all of us with VR Casino DNs), it will come in a year or two maybe.

Amir Ebrahimi is a lead engineer in UnityVR/EditorVR.

also met with Artur Sychov, founder of I-mmerse (company for VRCams), he was predicting the VRPokerTournaments with live VR broadcasting, each table has each VRcam in the middle and every VR user can switch any table he wants and dive anywhere he looks.

That seems like a fair price for both of you.
I wonder what a VR**.org would go for on namepros?

they'd not go at all. I already tried.

but if u have money to spend on regs and renewals... its absoluitely possible an enduser will show up who will want 4l.org VR domain.. and pay any X figures amount for it. it's whatever things are worth to a given enduser... sometimes cause equivalent .com is out of their budget.. or even .net... or for whatever other reasons.

I hold some VR**.org(s) believing domains like VROS (in case of OS = Operating System or Open source) fit .ORG even better then .com (But I'd like to own VROS.com, of course)

Just grabbed some (in king)

VRNightClass
NightClassVR
(and both same with "classes" just for completion)

I can envision a night class from home, being able to see the lecturer and around the boards and room etc!
