Very nice script my friend. I'd suggest you intergrate a Add to MySpace option then allow/disallow linking in admin CP. I may be interested in a copy as i have been after one for ages.

Im very interested. I didnt see the theme engine however. am i missing something?

The theme engine is a series of template files with custom tags for communication between the template files and the script. This makes it very easy for the user to edit the layout without having to mess with all the PHP code. The custom tags include things like "[username]" so you can import dymaic links and text into the layout again, without having to mess with the PHP.

well i'll think about yours it seems nice n all. I was hoping it had some feature that the other scripts out there don't like the ability to put the code on myspace/blogs or with a flash script built in.

By default, the script uses the Windows Media Player plugin, so it will play any videos that WMP can play - Quicktime files are definately something to think about in future upgrades. The MySpace code is on the todo list also for the next release. The script does track which users upload which videos, however there isn't too many advanced options for browsing videos by user - that is something to consider aswell for future releases.

The VSS feed pretty much takes care of that - you can request specific places to get crawled in our feed system, however we can't always fullfill all requests. Right now, the feed generates an average of 40 new videos daily.
