Video Ipod Domain Names

I have read another thread that has gone completely off topic so I fuigured i would start a thread regarding the news of Apple releasing the new "Video Ipod"

Is anyone registering any names that Do Not Infringe on trademark of Ipod but are related to the new device?

I have already seen some very interesting names regged and there is one I think is very fitting it was regged along with most other major TLD's by the same person back about 6 months ago. ( I do not own them) but i think the name will catch on, what are your opinons the name i am referring to is

PODEO

( No TM violation, combines Ipod and Video)

I think its on the mark for these new devices. Whoever owns it has it parked so DO NOT visit just your opinions on the name.

HaHa. I can relate. Hark, I see that you're not only the president of IPODAHOLICS.com, you're also a member! iPodTrailers_com is a good name, IMHO. The others have some very nice keywords, but chances are it might take a bit of time to get any play, but than again...? Just a reminder to be careful about how you go about using it and don't put it up for sale at a listing site. Don't want to tick off Apple. (As you can see from above, I'm in the same situation w/ a couple of my ipod names.)

Do you think registering a name with ipod would infringe on apples's trademark?

Would it not be better to register a name with just pod in it as follows:

podcafe.com (Would not infringe on the trademark)
ipodcafe.com (Would infringe on the trademark)

Earlier in this thread I made mention of TM issues But there is a few comments that state APPLE doe NOT vigorously implement their TM rights as long as the domain promotes the product but I am always leary of TM issues but that just my personal opinion

I wonder how Apple could go after all the iPod names just listed at Sedo.

If my PM comments should come to pass this could be some kind of directory or just a bunch of links to studio sites providing trailers. Maybe RSS feeds etc.
