Video Ipod Domain Names

I have read another thread that has gone completely off topic so I fuigured i would start a thread regarding the news of Apple releasing the new "Video Ipod"

Is anyone registering any names that Do Not Infringe on trademark of Ipod but are related to the new device?

I have already seen some very interesting names regged and there is one I think is very fitting it was regged along with most other major TLD's by the same person back about 6 months ago. ( I do not own them) but i think the name will catch on, what are your opinons the name i am referring to is

PODEO

( No TM violation, combines Ipod and Video)

I think its on the mark for these new devices. Whoever owns it has it parked so DO NOT visit just your opinions on the name.

Also post your names if you have any.

.....yes, good idea! Well, whilst they have handbags at ten paces on the other thread, I'd just like to say that I'm pleased that the day of the "pod" is nigh.
I have a few "pod" names which I hope will stand me in good stead in the future.

Singular was taken. I couldn't resist ipodaholics & podaholics -- did it today on a whim after visiting this thread. Might throw up a forum except I don't and doubt I ever will own one. Therefore I don't know squat about them.

for kicks and giggles i emailed the owner of podeo.com and asked if he/she was selling the domain.

response went something like "give your head a shake" "Are you nuts" "I'm sitting on a PPC gold mine"

I can assume he wasnt interested.

Although I am not in favor of a domain containing a TM the other domains videoipodforum will make an interesting forum if developed. And what better way for the religious fanatics to start with a domain like XPLODAPOD they can now have pod burning gatherings.

I read an article from yesterday and in the UK they are dubbuing the Video Ipod's as Vision Pods i dont know if this will have an impact.

Also I see that we have some interesting domains in this thread, I am still a believer in the .com ext for situations like these as most people will try an assortment of domains .com trying to find what they are after. If any or all of these domains get developed into related sites instead of PPC i think you all may be sitting on mini cash cow's.

I do not buy domains that will not fit my portfolio The video Ipod is in MHO the next generation of communicable devices which should prove very interesting to domain speculators. I however focus on my industry and only make purchases that fit into our project lists.
