Video Ipod Domain Names

I have read another thread that has gone completely off topic so I fuigured i would start a thread regarding the news of Apple releasing the new "Video Ipod"

Is anyone registering any names that Do Not Infringe on trademark of Ipod but are related to the new device?

I have already seen some very interesting names regged and there is one I think is very fitting it was regged along with most other major TLD's by the same person back about 6 months ago. ( I do not own them) but i think the name will catch on, what are your opinons the name i am referring to is

PODEO

( No TM violation, combines Ipod and Video)

I think its on the mark for these new devices. Whoever owns it has it parked so DO NOT visit just your opinions on the name.

I havent bought any ipod domains, because theres alot of TM issues with them, and I dont feel like getting sued.

same here, but apparently they do not pursue if used to promote products and supposedly if you drop the I and get for example XXpod its ok

Good advice.

Sometimes I allow the link and sometimes I neutralize it w/ a" _ ", a space/s, depending upon the situation. In a post above, you'll notice that I used the underscore w/ ipodmicrophones_com but allowed the link for the "pod" w/o the "i" because I don't mind, (in fact, I prefer), if the latter has the exposure. But your prompt did make me reconsider the new regs and I have replaced the dots w/ "_" on my new regs, basically, because of how fresh they are.
