Hi I am wondering what is the thing on the left?

A bage with holes for a school binder. Since I assume it's for teenagers, I made it so that it looks appealingto middle/high-school and college students.

Looks good but needs to be transparent...

Well if it's transparent, it will lose a ton of quality from the joystick image. So if mine is chosen, I will make sure that the logo is incorporated into your site perfectly, by manually putting in the correct background color.
