Video Card Help

I'm looking into a new laptop, and it has this for a video card "NVIDIA Quadro FX 770M, 512MB".

I'm not familiar with it, anyone know anything about it? Can it play games currently out there (even demanding ones like Crysis)?

A Google search didn't get me anything helpful, basically just other computers that have it.

Look into something that has the mobile Nvidia 7000 series or 8000 series. You also need to pay attention to how it works. Some laptop video cards are shared memory (uses your RAM for video memory) and others have separate built in memory.

I agree with Weblord that the Quadro is best used for CAD and Graphic Deisgn. Now while it can be used for gaming, I wouldn't recommend it, kind of like bringing a Ford F-750 Super Duty to a F-1 race. Its a good card its just not made with gaming in mind. for a gaming centric laptop I'd recommend the 8000 series GeForce. With the 8000 series you can take advantage of Direct X 10 features within games (Open GL 2.1 architecture, new shading model, etc...). The 7000 series is good but is based on the older architecture without DX 10 support. Anyways, good luck.
