One of my primary emails got hacked a couple months ago and absolutely impaired my business for a while, before I got most of my stuff backed to another email.
It is essential to back up your email at least once a month to a hard disk, incase your email gets hacked, you still can find obsolete passwords and important information... a quick google search :
"Gmail BackUP" on google.com
Currently just used it, great software, FREEWARE! And works like a charm! Speed may be an issue, as I was doing 20 kb/s, but just backed up the main business email, now going to go to personal, which should be 12,000 messages of fun!
